The floor empties in an order, not all at once
Moving your office means you need a team that can plan and execute without mistakes. We work with you in the planning stages so there are no roadblocks on the day, and so the things that have to be working first are the things that come off the truck first.
Before we quote, we walk the space. We want to see the elevator, the dock, the corridor widths and the furniture you actually own, because those are what set the crew size and the hours — not a guess over the phone.
What an office move with us includes
- A walkthrough of both sites and a written scope before you commit
- An agreed sequence: which departments move when, and what must be live first
- Evening, overnight and weekend scheduling to protect working hours
- Certificates of insurance for building management at both ends
- Dock and service elevator coordination with building staff
- Desk, workstation and systems furniture disassembly and rebuild
- Labelled crates and a floor plan so everything lands at the right desk
- Debris removal and old furniture disposal if you want the space left clean
Internal moves count too
Not every office move involves a truck. Reshuffling departments between floors, clearing a wing for renovation or compressing three floors into two is the same discipline with a shorter drive, and we do a lot of it.
Get a written scope before you commit
No guesswork and no surprise line items. We walk the space, agree the sequence, and put the plan in writing.
