Disconnecting, reconnecting and testing stays with your IT staff or your IT vendor, who know the configuration and should be the ones to sign off that it works.

How we work with your IT team
- We agree the order of operations with them before the day
- Server and network equipment moves first or last, as they prefer
- Racks and machines are padded, strapped and transported upright
- Workstations are labelled to user and desk so nothing is orphaned
- Monitors, docks and peripherals travel in protected crates, not loose
- Equipment lands in the room and the position they have specified
Why sequence matters more than speed
If the server cabinet arrives after the workstations, nobody can test anything and your IT team spends the weekend waiting. Getting that order right costs nothing and saves the whole schedule, which is why we settle it in the planning stage rather than on the loading dock.
