A commercial move is a scheduling problem
Anyone can carry a desk. What decides whether an office move goes well is everything around the carrying: which floor empties first, when the building will release the service elevator, whether the dock is booked, what has to be working by 8am Monday, and what can wait until Wednesday.
We plan that with you before anything is lifted. Our movers work with you in the planning stages to make sure there are no roadblocks and that your office gets moved on time and accurately. Internal reconfiguration or a move across the state, we are the team to call.

Common questions
Do you work after hours and on weekends?
Yes, and most office moves do. Running the move on a Friday evening or across a weekend means your staff leave one office and arrive at the next one working, instead of losing two days of productivity standing around boxes.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance for our building?
Yes. We are licensed, insured and bonded, and we can issue a certificate of insurance naming your building management or landlord. Most commercial buildings require one before they will release a loading dock or a service elevator, so tell us early and we will have it ready.
Do you move computers and server equipment?
We crate, transport and place the hardware, and we work to your IT team's sequence so machines come off the truck in the order they need them. Disconnecting and reconnecting equipment stays with your IT staff or your vendor, who know the configuration.
Can you store part of the move if our new space isn't ready?
Yes. We offer short and long-term commercial storage, which lets delivery be staggered over days or weeks rather than everything landing at once. It is one of the most common things we are asked for.
How far ahead should we book a commercial move?
Four to six weeks is comfortable for a full floor and gives time to walk the space, agree the sequence and sort building access. We do take shorter notice, and we would rather you called late than not at all.
Do you move businesses outside Virginia?
Yes. We handle regional moves throughout Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Maryland and Florida, and long-distance corporate relocation anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States.
