Over 25 years, three generations

River City Commercial Moving is the commercial arm of Moving Made Easy LLC, a locally-owned company that has been moving Richmond for over 25 years. We are third-generation movers, and the crews who handle your office are the same people who have been doing this work in this city for decades.

We created a dedicated commercial identity for a simple reason: a business relocation has almost nothing in common with a household move. The planning is longer, the access rules are stricter, the tolerance for downtime is lower, and the person signing the contract answers to people who expect to be working on Monday. That deserves a team pointed squarely at it.

What that means in practice

• We walk the space before quoting, rather than pricing off a phone call
• We agree a written sequence so you know what moves when
• We work evenings and weekends as standard, not as an upcharge surprise
• We handle building requirements — COIs, dock bookings, elevator reservations
• We offer storage so delivery can be staggered when a space isn't ready
• We own our trucks and employ our crews, so the people who quote are the people who show up

We are licensed, insured and bonded, and we serve Richmond, the Tri-Cities and the surrounding counties, with regional service into North Carolina, South Carolina, Maryland and Florida, and long-distance corporate relocation throughout the 48 contiguous United States.
